How do I create a GuidioAI account?

Click "Sign Up" on the homepage and register using your email or Google. Then verify via the confirmation email we send—you’re all set!

Can I sign up with Google or other SSO options?

Yes! GuidioAI supports Google authentication for both signup and login—no password needed.

What does the dashboard show me?

Your dashboard gives you an overview of your activity on GuidioAI. You’ll see stats like Total Actions, Credits, Recording Sessions, and Snapshots. Below that, two charts show your daily credit usage and number of recording sessions over the last 30 days. Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between Dashboard, Recording Sessions, and Snapshots.

How does GuidioAI evaluate my responses?

LLM AI Model assesses content relevance, communication clarity, technical correctness, and behavioral cues (like confidence and pacing). You’ll get a detailed response after each question.

What are best practices for practice interviews?

Treat sessions professionally (dress if using a camera), minimize distractions, prep the job description, don't use glasses or reflecting objects, upload CV, job description, choose language and set the hotkeys.

How do I get more personalized coaching using my resume?

Upload your resume in Info Setting Tab. The AI analyzes it to tailor questions specific to your background and suggests examples for behavioral responses.

Where are my session logs or transcripts stored?

You’ll find all past mock interviews, answers and transcription in your Admin Dashboard.

What if I encounter technical issues during a session?

As with any software, technical issues may arise, contact support immediately via contact chat. We’ll troubleshoot and may reset your session if needed.

GuidioAI currently supports multiple languages besides English, including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Portuguese, Arabic, Romanian, Russian, Korean, Dutch, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Polish, Thai, Hebrew, and Greek.
